Meadow View Elementary is seeking a long term substitute Music teacher for the 2026-27 school year.

Qualified applicants must have music experience.

Dates: 9/7/26 - 12/11/26 (these dates are approximate and may change)

--- The Douglas County School District is looking for dynamic and dedicated professionals to join our Substitute Teacher Program. Long term assignments also offer the opportunity to get to know our schools and students on a more advanced level!

--- To become a long term substitute teacher for Douglas County School District, please upload:

  • Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE)Teaching License, or 5-Year Substitute Authorization
  • Three (3) professional references, minimum of (1) supervisor, include name, phone number and an e-mail address for each reference (if not currently in DCSD Sub Pool).
  • Official Transcripts (required for possible HQ verification)
  • Passing results for any PLACE or PRAXIS tests taken (required for possible HQ verification)
