How much do substation jobs pay per year?
What is the difference between Substation vs Power Plant Operator?
| Aspect | Substation | Power Plant Operator |
|---|---|---|
| Certifications | Electrical certifications, technical training | Operational licenses, technical training |
| Work Environment | Electrical substations, outdoor and indoor | Power plants, control rooms, outdoor |
| Industry Usage | Electric utility companies, transmission | Power generation facilities, utilities |
