FindTalent is seeking a Substation Project Manager to oversee electrical substation construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The manager will coordinate teams, monitor subcontractors, and maintain project documentation while fostering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.

  • Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, resolving issues and implementing solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project specifications.

  • Represent the organization in meetings and on-site visits, maintaining professional relationships.

  • Support procurement and administrative processes to ensure project continuity.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • 5–10 years of experience in electrical utilities or substation construction projects.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
