What you'll do:

Join ENTRUST Solutions Group as a Substation Project Manager and become a vital part of our dynamic team! In this role, you will lead and execute complex engineering projects related to substations, ensuring they meet client and internal performance indicators. Your focus will be on maintaining schedule and budget performance, enhancing project profitability, and fostering strong client relationships and satisfaction. Quality control of technical designs will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

As a Substation Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor other team members, including engineers. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, and you will work closely with peers, Senior Technical Leads, and engineers to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate fee revenue forecasts and ensuring that our engineering practices align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations.

Additionally, you will play an active role in sales calls and client presentations, showcasing our expertise and commitment to excellence. Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience managing substation projects.

  • General project management experience. Ability to manage cost, budget, schedule, and coordinate site walks as necessary.
  • MUST live near Baltimore, MD
