This role manages and oversees civil site development activities for electric substations and transmission line facilities, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and erosion control. The ideal candidate brings deep civil site design expertise, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience leading consultant-delivered design packages in a utility or infrastructure environment.
