About the Opportunity

DCM Inc. is a leading telemarketing and fundraising firm partnering with major arts and advocacy organizations nationwide.

We are currently hiring Remote Subscription Sales Representatives to support the Alley Theatres 20262027 subscription campaign.

Your work directly helps sustain:

  • Mainstage productions and new works
  • Artistic development and commissioning
  • Education and community engagement programs
  • Long-term audience growth for a major American theatre

What Youll Do

  • Contact past patrons, donors, and subscribers using provided lead lists
  • Promote and sell subscription packages for the 20262027 season
  • Represent the Alley Theatre in a professional, engaging manner
  • Follow provided scripts and training to support successful outreach

No cold calling you are only calling patrons and onors of the Alley Theatre

Schedule & Work Environment

  • 100% Remote / Work From Home
  • Part-time shifts (CST):
    • MondayFriday: 1pm5pm or 5pm9pm
  • Minimum 24 hours/week
  • Paid training + ongoing coaching
  • Team participation via phone/video required
