About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, evolution, and growth of our subscription plans and tiering ecosystem, as well as new monetization opportunities.

Youโ€™ll help drive the vision and roadmap for plans, packaging, and pricing-adjacent experiences, helping ensure we deliver the right products and features to customers. This role sits at the intersection of consumer behavior, growth strategy, monetization, and product experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with analytical rigor and has deep experience driving growth in subscription, marketplace, or consumer technology businesses.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Define and execute the long-term strategy for subscription plans and tiering, and evaluate new monetization opportunities.

  • Build differentiated experiences tailored to distinct consumer segments, behaviors, and willingness-to-pay profiles

  • Partner with Pricing, Finance, Data Science, and Other Product teams to optimize our offering.

  • Strong experience in subscriptions, monetization, growth, pricing & packaging, membership programs, or marketplace ecosystems

  • Proven track record driving measurable business outcomes such as subscriber growth, conversion, retention, engagement, or revenue expansion

  • Deep understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle optimization

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform product strategy and prioritization

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing

  • Ability to simplify complex problems and align teams around a clear product vision

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership

  • Customer-obsessed mindset with strong product intuition and attention to user experience details

  • Experience working in streaming, media, entertainment, SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred

  • Experience with personalization, recommendations, or machine learning-driven growth systems

Why This Role Matters

  • Youโ€™ll have the opportunity to drive highly visible initiatives, influence strategy, and build experiences that directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
