Job description

Candidate Source is hiring seasonal associates who are detail-oriented to join our warehouse team for the busy season. If you take pride in your work, love organization, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, hands-on environment, this may be the perfect job for you.
Schedule: Hours will vary from week to week during the project but will range from 24-50 hours per week

  • Shift: 6am-4:30pm
What You'll Do
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer and subscription box orders with precision and care.
  • Restock products and maintain inventory flow to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure every order meets high standards for presentation and customer experience.
  • Support packaging and shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate carrier pickups.
  • Assist with team setup activities and product counts as needed.
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and aligned with company standards.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance goals.
