  • Build transitions, set/secure equipment, route/recover/replace line sets, drains, and low-voltage controls.
  • Ensure code compliance (mechanical/electrical/gas), jobsite safety, and photo documentation (model/serial, final install).
  • Partner with dispatch/warehouse for material pulls, returns, and next-day readiness.
  • Coach an apprentice: task assignment, quality checks, and on-the-job training.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 2+ years experience in residential HVAC installs (heat pumps, gas furnaces, condensers, air handlers).
  • EPA certified
  • Mastery of brazing/press, evacuation and micron targets, leak detection, and best-practice condensate management.
  • Professional customer communication and a clean, organized work style.
  • Valid driver’s license

Benefits

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay: $25–$35/hr (depending on experience)
  • Company vehicle, tools, and tablet provided
  • Paid training and ongoing professional coaching
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
