Job description

Construction Project Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team building large 250-450 Unit Multi-Family and Commercial projects in New England. 

Responsibilities for Construction Project Manager (3-4 Large Scale Projects) New England 
  • Manage  3 bids for all trades, suppliers and using company proprietary buy out  format
  • Work with office to produce contracts including Schedule of Values , SOW, and Schedules
  • Manage and minimize Change Orders by strictly adhering to and understanding what is in the contract
  • Responsible for  hiring and posting for on site labor  and  in house licensed tradespeople. 
  • Responsible for  estimating Quantities of Material, sourcing suppliers and pricing supplies
  • Manage construction schedules and sub contractor activities.
  • Responsible for  Selecting and managing subcontractor and supplier relationships.
  • Coordinate efforts across entire project between Site Super, architect, MEP  and Structural  engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage workflow and approvals for RFIs, Submittals, PCOs, 
  • Lead Weekly/Monthly on site owner meetings generate complete rolling agenda and minutes
Qualifications for Construction Project Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management within construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 360, Expert in Teams, Sharepoint Sites and Co Pilot
  • Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
  • Travel to jobs throughout New England
