Main Shop Technician Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
  • Communicate with service advisors and fellow technicians regarding status and repairs needed
  • Keep up with manufacturer training and certifications (we help you with that!)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Pay Range: $23.00 to $35.00 Flat Rate

Main Shop Technician Qualifications

  • ASE certifications or manufacturer certifications preferred (Subaru a plus, but not required)
  • At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop setting
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and willing to learn and grow

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
