Sub Inspectors often encounter challenges such as handling high-pressure situations, managing community expectations, and ensuring the safety of their team during field operations. They are frequently required to make quick decisions in unpredictable environments, balance administrative duties with on-ground policing, and maintain effective communication within diverse teams. Building trust with the public and staying updated with legal procedures are also essential aspects of the role.

To thrive as a Sub Inspector, you need a solid educational background (usually a bachelor's degree), physical fitness, and strong knowledge of law enforcement procedures and criminal law. Familiarity with police databases, crime reporting systems, and basic forensic tools is typically required, along with passing relevant entrance exams and training.
