Job Title: Superintendent


Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Superintendent to join our dynamic team. As a Superintendent, you will provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects. You will coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring that all aspects of the construction projects adhere strictly to specifications and are completed on schedule and within budget. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, inspections, quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage employees, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure quality control on all construction work, maintaining high standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate all aspects of project management, including ASI's, RFI's, and material submittals.
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure their scope of work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all safety, health, and environmental standards are met and maintained.
  • Resolve conflicts in construction progress and communicate with project teams for effective resolutions.
  • Maintain daily updates of on-site activities.
  • Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
  • Conduct site walk-throughs and preside over necessary meetings for work coordination.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts.
  • Coordinate project material submissions and maintain records.
  • Ensure job site cleanliness and organization are maintained.
  • Assist with hiring of sub-tier employees and maintain subcontractor compliance.

Qualifications:
