Job description

Monday - Friday 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Position responsibilities include:

  • Assembling refrigeration components utilizing pneumatic/hand tools, fixtures and other manufacturing techniques into high quality products.
  • Following safe work practices and company safety standards.
  • Inspecting and testing new product in compliance with quality requirements.
  • Sharing ideas and suggestions for improvements regarding product design and assembly in an effort to create quality and user-friendly products.
  • Assist in defining assembly process & work instructions.
  • Training new employees on procedures and assembly techniques.

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug/alcohol test result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration.ย  All drug testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.
