To thrive as a Stylist Manager, you need expertise in fashion trends, team leadership, and experience in retail or salon management, often supported by a degree in fashion, cosmetology, or business. Familiarity with scheduling software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and inventory management tools is typically required.
