We show you exactly how much you made per hour each month. Those are real figures stylists earned in our salons last month. It includes a base wage, 2 bonuses and credit card tips. It doesn’t include cash tips, winning prizes, contests, and the owners buying the salon lunch on a busy Saturday. The average wage across our salons is $20.25 per hour.
