Job description

Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Style Crest is seeking a motivated Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. We pride ourselves on fast shipping, expert service, and a customer-first mindset, and we're looking for someone who shares those values. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers, both on a scheduled and as-needed basis. Additionally, you will assist with warehouse operations, working closely with the Distribution Manager and Warehouse Lead to ensure smooth operations. If you enjoy variety and teamwork, this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our continued success while supporting our valued customers. For more than 50 years, Style Crest has been a trusted partner to the manufactured housing industry. We pride ourselves on fast shipping, expert customer service, and a deep understanding of mobile and manufactured home needs. From parts and accessories to professional installation and support, we're committed to being a reliable, affordable resource for homeowners and contractors alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles customer pickups of returns and damage product
  • Drives company truck for deliveries to customers
  • Assists in inventory and cycle counts
  • Unloads customer deliveries at customer premises
  • Collects payment from customer for delivered product when required
  • Maintains cleanliness of company vehicle clean, and practices good housekeeping
  • Works with store and distribution staff to route and properly load all trucks
  • Completes daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections
  • Completes assigned training as required
  • Provides warehouse support
  • All other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Maintains a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Records.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and safely handle products
  • A team player with good judgment and a commitment to safety
  • Willingness to work in the warehouse as needed
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn
