What You'll Do
As our Field Service Rep, you'll ensure our lumber, molding and millwork products shine in our customer's (Lowe's) home improvement retail stores through:

  • Stocking, displaying, and maintaining products in the Lowe's store aisles
  • Building strong relationships with store leadership and associates
  • Driving sales growth through inventory accuracy and excellent customer service

Shift:Part-Time Day Shift: Monday - Friday Flexibility, 20 hours weekly

Location:Serving Stores in Bend, OR

Who You Are

  • Basic Requirements. You have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance coverage and record of safely operating a vehicle.2+ years in inventory replenishment (preferred).
  • Effective Communicator.You have solid verbal and written communication skills. You represent Metrie with integrity and professionalism, acting as a brand ambassador in all interactions.
  • Self-Motivated.You are proactive and able to manage your own schedule, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Physically Active.You enjoy physical work and are OK with handling and replenishing lumber and molding products.
  • Tech-Savvy.You are comfortable using technology, particularly a tablet, for tracking orders and damaged product. If you're not tech-savvy, you're willing to learn.
  • Detail-Oriented.You pay attention to detail, ensuring product displays are well-organized and inventory is accurately tracked.
  • Customer-Focused.You prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide excellent service at all times.

What to Expect in the Lowe's Stores

  • Safety.Safety is our #1 priority. We want you to leave the day, the same way you came in.
  • Surroundings.Moving machinery (forklifts), shopping carts and interacting with people-customers in the aisles, store associates and management in the store.
  • Activity.Standing, walking, pushing/pulling carts, lifting products (up to 50 lbs.) and using a tablet for inventory and ordering.
  • Temperature.Climate controlled environment at our customer's store.
  • Dress Code.Relaxed, with a few requirements regarding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, etc. You will wear steel toe or composite shoes and will be reimbursed with provided receipt upon 60 days.
