Job Summary

This is an IN-OFFICE POSITION.  No remote possibilities.  Spherexx is seeking an individual to provide excellent customer service as a Junior Account Manager. English Majors are encouraged to apply for this position.  Introverts excel in this role!  Our team is expanding and successful candidates will support our ILoveLeasing team and our users in various functions as outlined below.  

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Quality control and auditing
  • Calling clients, verifying information, and making updates 
  • Data entry & testing software 3rd party integrations
  • Internet research 
  • Answering calls from existing clients and general customer service
  • Reviewing reports & helping clients understand how to use that data
  • Providing demos & training sessions including managing attendees & reminders

Qualifications and Skills

  • Highly organized individual with consistent follow-through
  • 65 WPM typing is a minimum requirement
  • Excellent written & oral communication expertise 
  • Solid data entry/keyboard skills
  • Computer/ internet knowledge & experience is preferred
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to memorize protocols and procedures
  • Exhibit creative problem-solving
  • Maintain a positive attitude with clients and coworkers
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of clients and personalities
  • Build on our outstanding documentation and follow-up capabilities

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in English. As this is an entry-level position, all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their specific field of study.

Essential functions of this position include prolonged periods of sitting and concentration, repetitive hand movements, good visual acuity, effective communication skills, and operation of standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary Work: This role primarily involves sitting for extended periods; however, a standing desk option is available for alternative working positions.
  • Repetitive Motions: Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is required, involving frequent keyboard and mouse use, and handling small components.
  • Visual Requirements: Must possess the ability to see and read data on computer screens and printed material with adjustments as can be made by standard office equipment. This includes the necessity for close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and focus adjustment.
  • Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills are essential, requiring the ability to hear, speak, and interpret information at normal levels and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Physical Mobility: Must be capable of standing, walking, and climbing stairs occasionally. The role may require frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and handling of objects.
  • Manual Dexterity: Adequate hand and finger dexterity is needed for typing and managing office equipment.
  • Environmental Conditions: Work is performed in a standard office setting exposed to typical lighting, temperature, and noise levels.
