Job description

Specialized Consultant - Retirement Plan Administrator job at Wolters Kluwer. Montgomery, AL. LOCATION: Remote U.S. locations or hybrid (8 days a month in the office if you are within 50 miles of a Wolters Kluwer office)

Overview

The job is to assist managed services customers in a back office capacity with retirement plan administration duties using the ftwilliam.com software as well as help out other teams as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with retirement plan administration for managed services customers
  • Run eligibility calculations, required testing included but not limited to 402g, 415, ADP/ACP, and run new comp allocations as requested for plans with at both a daily RK and pooled/SDBAs
  • Work closely with management and sales during the initial sale, to help with questions on managed services
  • Assist with other duties as time permits
Qualifications
  • Two-year degree or comparable industry experience
  • Experience with ftwilliam.com preferred
  • At least 3 years experience preferred
  • Must have retirement plan administration experience
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills, including superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Travel

Less than 5% travel required to our various office locations.

Compensation

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $91,600 - $126,800
