Job description

AY2627 Office Assistant - College of Medicine (Work-Study Required)

  • Sit at the COM lobby reception desk to greet visitors to the COM, control who is entering the building, answer lobby desk phone calls, keep a visitor log, and control entrance to the delivery dock by use of the phone/camera at the lobby desk.
  • Assist the Dean's Assistant with various office related tasks while working at the lobby desk.
  • Possess a professional demeanor and be able to use Microsoft office.
  • Ensure copy paper is stocked at each of the copy stations within the COM and assist in stocking office supplies when they are delivered
