The Studio Manager position is a high-profile leadership position that is responsible for the studio's overall growth, coordination, and operational success. The Studio Manager will ensure the studio meets or exceeds financial goals, while providing remarkable leadership in areas of customer service, team member relations, sales, and client participation. The Studio Manager will provide daily support to their team and offer ongoing leadership, motivation, and development. They are responsible for coaching, communication, alignment, and holding their sugaringLA team to the studio expectations. The Studio Manager will also act as the studio ambassador to provide each client with an elevated experience.
