Job description

What's the Short Version?

The Studio Data Operations Administrator is responsible for the design, governance, and continuous evolution of the digital production ecosystem that powers Studio Operations. This role owns the configuration, logic, and performance of Creative Force and supporting systems, ensuring workflows are designed to drive predictable, scalable production outcomes.
Operating at the intersection of data, systems, and operations strategy, this role defines how work flows through the studio and establishes governance standards that shape routing, prioritization, capacity, and delivery timelines. This role influences cross functional processes and enables scalable production at volume.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Design and refine end to end production workflows with Creative Force, including task sequencing, routing rules, ownership models, and dependencies.
  • Establish intake strategy and system rules that determine how work enters and flows through the studio.
  • Define, own, and enforce data governance standards, including required fields, dependencies, naming conventions, and schema design.
  • Make decisions on workflow configuration, prioritization logic, routing structures, and capacity implications.
  • Evaluate workflow performance and implement changes to improve efficiency, throughput, and scalability.
  • Configure and maintain Creative Force, including workflow builds, attribute configuration, and system optimization.
  • Partner with cross functional teams and vendors to align on workflow expectations, intake rules, and operational guardrails.
  • Partner with Creative, Merch Coordination, Imaging, Production, and Project Management teams to ensure confidence in the data driving studio work.
  • Identify and implement automation and AI solutions, including tagging, routing, predictive scheduling, and generative workflows.
  • Translate studio operations into reporting frameworks, dashboards, and insights to support capacity planning and forecasting.
  • Lead continuous improvement of systems, workflows, and data models to reduce rework and support scalable production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

What Are We Looking For?

  • 4-6 years experience designing or managing workflow systems, production systems, or operational platforms, or equivalent education
  • Demonstrated ability to define processes, not just execute them
  • Experience working in or configuring tools such as Creative Force (or similar workflow/DAM systems)
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to connect decisions to downstream operational impact
  • Proven ability to operate with independence and decision-making authority
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain issues and provide context
  • Experience building or governing data schemas, metadata frameworks, or workflow architecture
  • Background in studio production, digital asset management, or content production ecosystems
  • Experience driving cross-functional process alignment and operational change
