As one of the largest and most dominant residential design firms in the world, we have a global portfolio of celebrated, nationally published projects from San Francisco to Shanghai, Miami to Milan, Los Angeles to London, Pittsburgh to Paris, Toronto to Tokyo and Denver to Dubai. 
RH is seeking a Studio Leader to drive operational and financial excellence at RH Interior Design. In close partnership with the Principal Designer, the Studio Leader will be instrumental in shaping an extraordinary experience by removing obstacles, cultivating an inspiring team culture, and delivering first-class service. This leader brings a deep passion for interior design and luxury service and thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. This is a historic opportunity to join the disruptive evolution of RH in our brick-and-mortar interior design firm.
 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Champion the firm's vision, strategies and financial goals 
  • Ensure that our firm consistently exceeds RH standards for excellence in quality and presentation
  • Boldly lead and develop Team Members by fostering an innovative and engaging environment
  • Create an entrepreneurial, client-centered culture that reflects our Design Ethos and a commitment to excellence 
  • Continuously drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability 
  • Remove obstacles and support design teams in creating innovative and compelling spaces
  • Identify opportunities for growing client relationships and contribute to the studio's business development efforts
  • Act as a resource for our Team Members and create a seamless experience for studio clientele
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, hosting business development events that elevate our brand presence
  • Create strategic team schedules to optimize our business while also elevating our client experience
  • Lead daily studio operations, including curation, replenishment, inventory management, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality
  • Maintain the auditing and replenishment of inventory, ensuring attentive management and maintenance of all floor models, samples, swatches and supplies
OUR REQUIREMENTS 
  • 7+ years of leadership experience within high-end furniture or luxury interior design firms
  • Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to inspire and guide our Team Members
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently inspire our clients to explore and enroll in our design services\
  • Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail 
  • Possess the passion and ability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic
  • Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Local, domestic travel up to 25%
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 
  • Lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
