Job description

Job Title: Project Manager, eCommerce Sample Operations (Contract)
Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and agile Project Manager, Sample Operations to support the day-to-day production lifecycle of eCommerce product photography. In this role, you will keep active studio shoots running on schedule, ensure the correct product samples are imaged at the right time, and bridge creative, merchandising, and digital teams so nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a dynamic, high-volume operational role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, solves problems proactively, and maintains crystal-clear communication across diverse stakeholders. You will oversee pipeline tracking from sample arrival to asset delivery, manage reshoot workflows, and optimize publishing schedules to ensure digital readiness. Key Responsibilities
Photo Production Pipeline Management
โ€ข Workflow Oversight: Oversee the daily flow of product photography from sample check-in through final asset delivery, maintaining strict adherence to production schedules.
โ€ข Shoot Scheduling: Plan and schedule studio shoots in partnership with production and creative teams, ensuring all product samples, resources, and talent are primed for execution.
โ€ข Prioritization & Reshoots: Organize product photography queues based on business priorities, manage reshoot requests, and resolve asset discrepancies quickly.
โ€ข Documentation & Roadblocks: Maintain internal studio style guides and process documents, flagging operational roadblocks early and driving swift resolutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
โ€ข Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between studio teams, merchandising, digital marketing, and post-production departments.
โ€ข Asset Delivery: Ensure final digital images are delivered to downstream teams on time, meeting all resolution, categorization, and quality standards.
โ€ข System Tracking: Utilize project management and asset-tracking software to manage workflows, monitor throughput, and maintain visibility across teams.
Workflow Tracking & Continuous Improvement
โ€ข Reporting: Maintain production reports and tracking dashboards to provide real-time status visibility to leadership and partner teams.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
