Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Studio Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, energetic environment for members and guests.
  • Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.
  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective members and guide them through the introductory experience.
  • Conduct studio tours and collaborate closely with coaches to ensure first-time guests have an outstanding experience.
  • Drive membership sales and contribute to achieving studio revenue and performance goals.
  • Follow up with leads, prospects, and former members through calls, emails, and other outreach initiatives.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring front desk team members to uphold company standards and maximize performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to help achieve individual and studio objectives.
  • Address member concerns professionally and proactively, with a focus on resolution and retention.
  • Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, inventory management, and operational reporting as needed.
  • Coordinate and participate in marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and studio events to promote brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure the studio consistently meets cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence standards.
  • Act as the Manager on Duty when required and support the Studio Manager in maintaining a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture.
