$20-$22 per hour + bonuses



We are a well-established business with multiple locations across four states and are hiring for a full-time experienced Portrait Photographer to work at our studio in Maitland (Orlando), FL



Our luxury portrait studio provides clients with a unique and high-end experience and the successful candidate will be a key part of ensuring that clients have a pleasant and memorable experience.



This is a 32-40-hour hourly position, Sunday through Wednesday (4x 10-hour days).



In order to be successful in this role, we are seeking an individual who can provide a luxury in-studio experience and showcase a high level of confidence and engagement with a positive attitude and attention to detail. Applicants should be able to maintain composure in a very fast paced yet structured environment with people of all ages as well as animals! We photograph families, children, and pets at our studios.

Core Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and greet clients when they arrive for their luxurious experience.
  • Combining our set workflow with creative adjustments ensuring each pose is tailored to clients.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge in lighting, aspect ratios, culling and overall composition.
  • Keep the studio, dressing rooms, and reception area clean prior to each client's arrival.
  • Put away dresses and suits after each session to help maintain their integrity.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our luxury experiences and company workflows.
  • Have meticulous attention to detail.
  • Be flexible and open minded when working collaboratively with coworkers
  • Submit paperwork and complete client reports following each session.
  • Communicate with clients before and after sessions as necessary through phone calls and text messages.
  • Must be able to engage in constructive conversations to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School diploma/GED
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years experience in photography.
  • High-energy personality and strong emotional intelligence
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Must be accountable
  • Always come to the studio in an organized manner ready to work
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to HAVE FUN with children and pets (dogs, cats, etc.) yet remain focused to ensure a great experience
