Our family-focused Biological (holistic) Dental practice in Studio City is seeking a warm, skilled, and highly motivated Front Office Coordinator / Office Manager. We are a growth-oriented, patient-centered practice whose mission is to help people achieve optimal dental and overall health—while having an amazing experience every step of the way.

We are looking for someone who not only has strong administrative and dental front-office abilities, but who also embodies the positive, family-friendly energy that defines our practice. Who you are is just as important as what you can do.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with kindness and professionalism

• Provide exceptional customer service; address questions and concerns

• Manage phones, multi-line phone systems, scheduling, and confirmations

• Maintain and organize the appointment calendar

• Send daily schedules to staff and coordinate with the doctor and team

• Oversee patient intake, paperwork, and updates to medical records

• Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing / payment processing

• Present treatment plans and confidently discuss fees (fee-for-service + insurance)

• Coordinate referrals with specialists when needed

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment

• Support practice operations and contribute to a smooth daily workflow

Requirements

• Experience:

• Front office dental experience preferred; 5+ years ideal for full office-manager level

• Customer service experience: 1 year preferred

• Medical terminology knowledge: 1 year preferred

• Computer skills: 1 year preferred

• Understanding of medical/dental record systems and confidentiality

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Must live near or reliably commute to Studio City / Valley Village (91607)

• This is a long-term role with significant potential for growth
