Position Summary
The Assistant Studio Manager partners closely with the Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of the studio while maintaining the highest standards of guest service, cleanliness, and team performance.
This role is responsible for helping achieve membership sales goals, developing team members, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead by example while fostering a positive, professional, and high-performing team culture.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance coaching to help team members achieve sales and service goals.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between the Studio Manager and team members.
  • Ensure all team members consistently follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Membership Sales & Business Growth
  • Lead membership and package sales through effective guest consultations and relationship building.
  • Meet and exceed studio sales goals, conversion targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor daily sales performance and coach team members to improve results.
  • Promote the benefits of infrared sauna therapy, Red Light Therapy, Chromotherapy, and Contrast Therapy while educating guests on membership options.

Guest Experience

  • Help manage inventory, supplies, retail merchandising, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational compliance.
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, spa, or customer service preferred.
  • Proven success in membership sales, retail sales, or consultative selling.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
