The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front of the house operations run smoothly. If you'd like to be half of a dynamic-duo, a positive influence to the ultimate studio dream team, know the ropes as well as you know your members’ names, step in when your manager steps out, and set goals and surpass them...then Orangetheory Afterburn just might be looking for YOU!
Every day will be different, but you’ll be representing the Orangetheory brand as you share the science of this workout you want everyone to love as much as you do.

  • Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
  • Giving studio tours
  • Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
  • Following up on prospective clients
  • Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
  • Participating in marketing and outreach events
  • Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
