  • Translate creative briefs into polished, finished assets for campaigns, product or studio launches, promotions, and events.
  • Design social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Create in-studio signage, merchandise designs, event materials, and other branded collateral as needed.
  • Support basic video and motion content creation using Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.

Brand Management
  • Maintain and protect BODYROK's visual identity across all creative touchpoints.
  • Ensure brand consistency across corporate and franchise locations by following and maintaining established brand guidelines.
  • Support the ongoing development and organization of the BODYROK brand book, creative templates, and digital asset library.
  • Exercise creative judgment while ensuring all work remains aligned with BODYROK's established brand standards and elevated aesthetic.

Creative Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Creative team to develop and execute creative concepts.
  • Partner with Marketing, Leadership, and other internal stakeholders to support campaigns, launches, events, and broader brand initiatives.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining the quality, consistency, and integrity of the BODYROK brand.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute new ideas that strengthen BODYROK's visual identity and overall brand experience.
  • Provide creative support for franchise marketing initiatives and location-specific needs.

Project Management
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through final production.
  • Prioritize assignments effectively and consistently meet deadlines and fast turnaround times.
  • Maintain organized creative files, templates, and final assets.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight while communicating effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Be available for occasional travel to support photoshoots, studio initiatives, events, or in-person team collaboration.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting brand, marketing, or campaign-level creative work.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of high-quality design work across digital and print media.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma.
  • Working knowledge of basic video editing and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and overall design principles.
  • Experience designing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate creative briefs and brand direction into polished visual assets.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while also collaborating effectively as part of a creative team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with wellness, boutique fitness, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing brands.
  • Experience supporting a multi-location or franchise organization.
  • Experience designing for an aspirational, elevated, or high-end lifestyle aesthetic.
  • Passion for fitness, health, wellness, and contemporary design.
  • Experience supporting photoshoots, campaign development, or creative production.
