Compensation: $45,000$55,000 base + bonus (Total OTE $60,000$65,000)
Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)

Were on a mission to help people unlock their full potential and were looking for a Studio Manager to lead our studio team, drive business growth, and deliver an exceptional member experience.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily operations by overseeing all aspects of studio performance, staff management, and member satisfaction.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Coaches to exceed studio goals.
  • Drive membership sales by managing lead follow-up, building strong client relationships, and maximizing studio utilization.
  • Create a strong, positive studio culture focused on customer service, teamwork, and personal growth.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and organize in-studio and community events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs including revenue, retention, sales conversions, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring the studio is clean, safe, fully stocked, and compliant with brand standards.
  • Serve as the face of BODY20 within the community, building partnerships and representing the brand with energy and professionalism.
What Were Looking For:
  • 2+ years in fitness sales or studio management (Boutique Fitness preferred)
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and community-driven
