Our sales managers are responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales, and managing a sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities

  • Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred

  • Sell memberships and retail
  • Retain and increase client participation
  • Submit accurate and timely reports
  • Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
  • As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
