Job description

Hiring immediately for a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry.  The Amazing Lash Studio® brand is the industry leader for eyelash extension and eyebrow services with a mission to create lasting beauty and confidence through passion, dedication and excellence so guests will look and feel AMAZING!

Retaial Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Compensation:

  • $11-$13 per hour depending on performance + membership sales bonues

In this Role You Will:

  • Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products
  • Answer phones, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet every guest
  • Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily to drive conversions
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment and respond quickly to guest needs
  • Maintain a membership sales closing rate of 40%+ and collaborate with fellow Lash Consultants
  • Keep the lobby and studio public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Partner with the Marketing Team on lead conversion strategies
  • Responsibly open and close the studio — this is a key holder position!

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred; results-oriented and metrics-driven
  • Customer service focused with a strong emphasis on member retention and lead outreach
  • Outgoing, positive, energetic, and resourceful — a natural people person
  • Strong communicator with confident interpersonal skills across guests and teammates
  • Organized multitasker and problem solver with solid computer skills
  • Available for flexible days/hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • MindBody software experience a plus
