Here's what we are looking for:

  • Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
  • The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
  • The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.
  • Qualifications:
  • Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services inperson to potential clients.
  • Customer Service in a spalike or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
  • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed through computer programs.
  • Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.

A WMA is responsible for membership sales, building customer loyalty, and meeting studio goals and objectives to ensure growth and profitability and a superior experience for everyone.

WMAโ€™s are also required to perform tasks in order to uphold studio and company standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire studio
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with coworkers and clients
  • Be present for scheduled shifts and follow absence policies/procedures set in place by studio management
  • Meet with studio management on a regular basis regarding individual needs
  • Maintain professionalism throughout the entire studio including employee break room
  • Present yourself professionally while following dress code and maintaining good hygiene throughout shift
  • Participate in all trainings
