HOTWORX Bozeman is hiring a high-energy Fitness Sales Associate to help drive membership growth and create an exceptional studio experience inside our 24-hour
infrared fitness studio. This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys fitness, sales, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You will play a key role in attracting new members, supporting retention, and engaging
with the local community.

What You’ll Do
? Drive new membership sales through in-studio engagement and outreach
? Conduct studio tours and introduce guests to HOTWORX workouts and membership options
? Follow up with leads via phone, email, and messaging to convert prospects
? Build relationships with members to support retention and ongoing engagement
? Participate in local outreach and community / business development events(B2B)
? Maintain a clean, welcoming, and high-energy studio environment
? Assist with retail sales and membership upgrades
? Support social media content creation to promote the studio
