Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to team success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service teams
  • Organize, maintain, and update client digital files in compliance with industry standards
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier packages
  • Accurately enter and update client information, policy details, and communication logs
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Prepare onboarding materials and documentation for new hires
  • Manage the agent's calendar, including scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and internal meetings
  • Draft emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the agent when required
  • Communicate task updates and ensure alignment on priorities

Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • OTL license (preferred, not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: Starting from $65,000
