Adecco is supporting a client in Williston, VT in their search for an Administrative Assistant. This position is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented, dog-friendly office environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assembling name badges and event credentials
  • Cross-checking attendee, speaker, and committee lists
  • Assisting with event research, venue selection, transportation coordination, and budget support
  • Supporting event registration and attendee management
  • Staffing registration desks at in-person events
  • Updating and maintaining mailing lists and event databases
  • Responding to phone and email inquiries
  • Processing event registrations and registration changes
  • Entering payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Resending confirmations and receipts
  • Answering general event-related questions and providing registration support

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
