A Day in the Life:

We are seeking a skilled and creatively driven Art Director to lead the creative execution for one or multiple brands within our portfolio. As Art Director, you will help shape the visual identity and creative output of the brand, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand guidelines. You'll bring a hands-on approach to concepting and design while providing guidance to designers, and you'll work closely with marketers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver high-impact, cohesive campaigns.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, content strategies, and brand initiatives.
  • Translate briefs and marketing goals into impactful visual storytelling.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to designers, and support onboarding as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, project managers, copywriters, and external partners to produce cohesive campaigns.
  • Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Review and approve final designs, ensuring alignment with creative strategy and brand identity.
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and priorities across multiple projects and marketing teams.
  • Stay informed on design trends, competitor activity, and industry standards to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of experience in art direction, with a mix of hands-on design execution and experience guiding or mentoring junior designers.
  • Agency or in-house creative department experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Substance), asset specs and file types for digital and print media.
  • Proven experience building high-impact, on-brand presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
  • Familiarity with project/asset management platforms.
  • Experience integrating AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, LTX studio) into the design workflow for concepting, ideation, and asset development.
