We are looking for two receptionists. HOURLY : Temporary position In the evening Every other weekend Position 1: 7/15 Position 2: 5/15 GENERAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcoming visitors Assist the immediate supervisor and other team members with daily and administrative tasks. To ensure a high level of customer service Schedule an appointment Carry out the various postal mailings Manage the sale of meal vouchers and the related petty cash. Maintaining good relations with residents Keep the residence directory up to date Keep the various records up to date Update the various administrative forms Receiving, filtering and routing telephone calls EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written.
