Student Facility Coordinator
Position Description
BSU's Athletics Department provides inclusive intercollegiate athletics and recreational programs that contribute to the recruitment, retention, and graduation of a diverse student body. We develop leaders, encourage community engagement, and strengthen the overall social fabric of the university.
The Student Facility Coordinator will provide facility support and student worker assistance of various athletic and recreation facilities during the year.
Responsibilities include:
  • perform opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain facility securing by checking ID's upon entrance to building (ATC)
  • building rounds
  • other duties as assigned

The Student Facility Coordinator must be able to work during during various hours of the day such as early mornings, late nights and weekends.
Eligibility requirements:
Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Firm knowledge of the operational procedures
  • First Aid, CPR and AED training certification required (training provided)
  • Good communication Skills
  • Ability to work with difficult people or stressful situations.

Physical Demands
Must be able to lift equipment minimum of 25lbs.
