Springpoing Senior Living is seeking motivated college students to participate in a mentorship program designed to provide professional development, career guidance, and hands-on learning opportunities.
As a mentee, you will work closely with an experienced mentor who will help you develop professional skills, explore career opportunities, and build confidence as you prepare for life after college.
Responsibilities
  • Attend scheduled mentorship meetings and activities.
  • Set academic, professional, and career goals with your mentor.
  • Participate actively in discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities.
  • Complete assigned projects and professional-development activities.
  • Ask questions and seek feedback to support your growth.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
