We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BizOps Engineer, operating as an individual contributor, with deep expertise in Oracle E Business Suite (R12) and strong DevOps experience to drive operational excellence, ensure business continuity, and enhance the reliability of mission critical financial systems. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in production support, automation, CI/CD practices, cross functional collaboration, and delivering robust technical solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
โ€ข 5+ years of hands on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical support and DevOps.
โ€ข Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces, Unix commands, and shell scripting.
โ€ข Proficiency with:
o Oracle Web ADI, Forms, Forms Personalization
o AME, Oracle Workflow
o BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Noetix

The Senior BizOps Engineer will lead and manage end to end support, DevOps enablement for Oracle EBS R12 financial modulesGL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurementensuring stable operations and seamless integrations.
Core responsibilities include:
โ€ข Providing day to day production support, issue triage, and root cause analysis across Oracle EBS R12 applications.
โ€ข Translating business needs into scalable technical and DevOps ready solutions, including customizations, reports, conversions, and third party integrations (Boomi, Edicom, Oracle ISG, APRO, Noetix, GL Wand).
โ€ข Monitoring and managing batch jobs, concurrent programs, R12 workflows, and automation pipelines; debugging PL/SQL, AP/PO Approvals, and workflow related issues.
โ€ข Implementing and managing CI/CD processes (build, deploy, automate) in collaboration with Development, Functional, and DBA teams.
โ€ข Ensuring system stability through performance tuning, proactive monitoring, observability dashboards, and automation improvements.
โ€ข Cre ating and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, datafixes, monitoring scripts, deployment playbooks, supporting UAT and training needs.
โ€ข Collaborating across teams to uphold service quality, compliance, security, and audit requirements.
