Job Description Learning Support Assistant Bromley, London Join a dedicated team as a Learning Support Assistant, where you'll make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with learning difficulties, ensuring their individual educational needs are met. Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and adapting classroom materials.

Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to monitor student progress. Support students during classroom activities, ensuring they can participate fully. Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.

Attend meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans. Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all students. Requirements: Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of learning difficulties and strategies to support students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
