Our Finance team provides various services to maintain high-quality, timely, and cost-effective management information and analysis, and a system of effective controls that assists in implementing Aramco Americas' mission and objectives.
Summer Student Accounting (Controller's Division) Opportunity
The summer student will assist with seasonal administrative and compliant workload.
Typical activities include:
  • Corporate Tax - local tax returns and other tax related administrative duties.
  • Financial Accounting - annual capital asset inventory.
  • Payroll - assist in transitioning active employee files to an electronic platform.
  • Benefit Plan - support preparation and review of annual benefit plan financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Risk Management - Periodic review of vendor profiles

Summer Student Finance (Treasurer's Division) Opportunity
Performs specific treasury functions to accomplish staff and operational objectives in areas including finance, banking, and investments. Assists in the reconciliation and administration of records and data resulting from benefit plan trust, funding and investment activities.
Responsible, under the general direction of the Treasurer or senior Treasury staff, for performing Treasury functions primarily related to pension administration and support.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual benefit plan audit of the Savings Plan (401k), RIP and Retiree Medical Payment Plan (e.g. review and reconcile expenses, accruals & rebates, and other transactions).
  • Review and compile data for the preparation of various regulatory filings.
  • Reconcile investment statements.
  • Performs other Treasury duties as assigned.
