Job description

This position will serve as a strategic business partner to WinShape ministries, and support services to advance the effective, responsible, and value-driven use of artificial intelligence across the organization.

The AI Enablement Lead will activate the vision established by leadership into practical, scalable AI-enabled workflows and solutions. This role will establish the tactical steps necessary to implement that vision, leveraging AI as a catalyst for innovation, Kingdom Impact and wise stewardship.

This position will act as a connector across ministries and support services—enabling alignment, supporting adoption, and driving measurable outcomes. The role will also be responsible for partnering with the organization to identify and implement opportunities to optimize systems and workflows, while promoting responsible and governed usage.

  • Serves as a strategic business partner to ministry and support service leaders to identify and prioritize AI-enabled opportunities
  • Designs, pilots, and scales AI-enabled workflows that improve decision-making, speed, or quality
  • Provides insights and recommendations to leadership on opportunities, progress, and impact
  • Assists in defining and tracking key metrics to measure success and value generated from AI initiatives
  • Collaborates with IT and Data teams to ensure alignment with technical capabilities, governance, and guardrails
  • Collaborates with Learning and Development for the development of training, playbooks, and resources to build AI capability across the organization
  • Facilitates experimentation and innovation while ensuring responsible and policy-aligned AI usage
  • Communicates outcomes, lessons learned, and success stories to SAIOC and broader organization

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data, or related field required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, operations, transformation, data, or consulting
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Strong experience serving as a business partner to functional leaders
  • Proven ability to influence without formal authority and drive organizational change
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Demonstrated experience applying generative AI, automation or AI-enabled tools to business needs
  • Strong familiarity with AI-enabled platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience designing or improving workflows and operational processes
  • Experience developing training or leading organizational enablement efforts
  • Familiarity with governance, policy development, or risk management frameworks
