  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations.
  • Develop measurable, student-centered IEP goals and monitor progress using meaningful clinical data.
  • Participate in IEP, eligibility, and team meetings across assigned school locations.
  • Review service delivery and documentation for quality, timeliness, and alignment with IEP requirements.
  • Support articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and social communication needs.
  • Partner with educators, families, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to resolve concerns and strengthen student outcomes.
  • Help clinicians identify resources, address barriers, and maintain consistent, high-quality school-based services.
What You'll Bring
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Active Washington SLP license in good standing, or documented initiation of licensure transfer before the start date.
  • Knowledge of IDEA, IEP processes, eligibility requirements, and school-based SLP services.
  • Experience providing clinical supervision, coaching, or leadership to SLPs, SLPAs, or related-service clinicians.
  • Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
