Job description

100% - Assist with large-scale plate load testing, including soil preparation, test setup, instrumentation, and data collection. As well as providing general laboratory support.,This position offers an opportunity to work closely with graduate researchers on advanced geotechnical engineering projects focused on geosynthetic-reinforced pavement systems. The student will support laboratory research activities, including plate load testing, preparation of test setups, instrumentation, and data collection

The research involves evaluating the performance of advanced geogrid systems in improving the mechanical response of aggregate base layers and subgrade reaction modulus under pavement loading conditions. This position provides hands-on experimental experience and exposure to innovative research in pavement and geotechnical engineering.
