Job Description:
At Ferguson, sales is about more than products and transactions. It is about relationships, trust, problem solving, and showing up for customers, communities, and one another. Our Sales Internship Program is designed for students who want to learn how great customer partnerships are built from the ground up while experiencing the culture, teamwork, and career growth that make Ferguson a place associates are proud to be part of.
During this 10-week paid summer internship, you will gain hands-on experience in a local branch, learn directly from experienced sales and operations associates, and see how Ferguson helps make complex customer projects simple, successful, and sustainable. You will be part of a team that values curiosity, accountability, collaboration, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues.
Build customer service, product knowledge, sales process, and relationship management skills through real work in a Ferguson branch.
Spend time in the warehouse, counter, inside sales, outside sales, and branch operations to see how every role contributes to the customer experience.
Join a one-week immersive experience at our headquarters in Newport News, VA to connect with other interns, network with leaders, and experience Ferguson's culture in action.
You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field and are a rising junior or senior.
You are motivated, curious, and willing to learn by jumping in, asking questions, and building relationships.
