Job description

Student Production Assistant

The Modlin Center for the Arts is hiring student production assistants! This is a great opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in event production and the arts. You will work closely with the assistant production manager and the production team to ensure all technical and logistical needs are met for various events, from student organizations to collaborations with world-renowned artists.

As a production assistant, you will gain experience in audio, lighting, set design, and projections. The Modlin Center serves as a vibrant hub that hosts internationally acclaimed artists in the Modlin Arts Presents series in addition to providing support for university departments such as theatre & dance and music. You will be at the heart of the action supporting events at several state-of-the-art venues including the Alice Jepson Theatre, Camp Concert Hall, Cousins Studio Theatre, and more.

As a production assistant, you get a first-hand look at just how these productions come to life. Pay grade: SP student 3, starting at $13.75/hr
